- We will give you our address for you to ship the tool to us. Just throw a business card or a note in the box that tells us who the tool belongs to and what it’s doing wrong.
- We usually troubleshoot the tool within 24 hours of receiving it.
- We’ll send you an estimate of repair costs.
- When we get payment for the repair, we’ll ship it back to you.
