We calibrate torque tools that you are using, whether you got them from us or another source. We calibrate the following:
- Manual Calibrations:We calibrate in-house and onsite any brand manual torque wrench up to 1000 ft lbs.
- Hydraulic Calibrations:We calibrate any brand hydraulic wrench up to 25,000 ft lbs.
- Battery Calibrations:We calibrate any brand pneumatic/battery gun up to 11,000 ft lbs.
- Gauge Calibrations:We calibrate any brand gauge up to 10,000 psi.
Convenient Torque Tool Calibration Services
We offer in-house and on-site calibration services:
- On-site calibrations. We understand that you need to get tools calibrated regularly, but you do not want to be without your tools in case an emergency happens. If your oil & gas company has a string of natural gas compressor stations or pump stations, we can service them all in our mobile calibration center. We also service other facilities such as power plants.
- In-house calibrations. It’s a little more cost-effective to ship your tools to us to calibrate. We have all the calibration equipment at our Indiana headquarters.
